Edamame Vegan Sushi

Z sushi od Edamame zetknęłam się na Tygodniu Wege. Poczęstunek jaki przygotowano dla uczestników i wolontariuszy był nieziemski. Właściciel obiecał, że przy wizycie w lokalu zrobi mi pełno takich pyszności. Trochę trwało zanim znalazłam czas, żeby tam zajrzeć, ale po…. wytoczyłam się ze szczęściem wymalowanym lodami na twarzy :D

Jak to ja, głodna i łakoma pożarłam wszystko co jest na zdjęciach poniżej. Muszę przyznać, że nawet nie marzyłam o tak wspaniałym sushi. Jedno ciepłe i krupiące, inne delikatne i rozpływające się w ustach, a co dla mnie najważniejsze bez szalonej ilości wasabi! Jeśli chodzi o sushi, nie lubię kiedy jest ostre, wolę sama decydować o jego intensywności i ostrości. 

Dopełnieniem smaków, a może właściwie przedsmakiem było przepiękne podanie! Aż szkoda było psuć kompozycję ;)

Rok wcześniej jadłam już w Warszawie sushi i nieco zaskoczyło mnie, że niby miało być wegańskie, ale tak nie było. Musiałam dokładnie dopytywać czy aby na pewno to co zamawiam jest wegańskie. Tu plus dla Edamame, że są w 100% wegańscy i o to czy dostanę „niechcący” coś z jajkiem czy niewegańskim majonezem, nie muszę się martwić.

Na deser poszły lody, przyznam że dawno nie jadłam tak czekoladowych i mangowych lodów. Intensywność smaków była wspaniała. 

Podobał mi się także wystrój wnętrza, zwłaszcza drzewka bonsai, które miałam ochotę zabrać ze sobą do domu. W lokalu panuje spokój i harmonia, a w upalne dni można siedzieć na zewnątrz. Już nie mogę doczekać się kolejnej wizyty :)

Edamame Vegan Sushi

With sushi from Edamame I came across on Vege Week. Snaps prepared for participants and volunteers were unearthly. The owner promised that when visiting the Edamame he would make me full of such deliciousness. It took a while before I found time to step in, but after .... I came out with the happiness painted ice cream on my face :D

As me, hungry and greedy I ate everything that is in the photos below. I have to admit that I didn’t even dream of such a great sushi. One warm and crispy, the other delicate and melting in the mouth, and what for me most important without the crazy amount of wasabi! As for sushi, I do not like when it’s sharp, I prefer to decide on its intensity and focus.

Completion of flavors, or perhaps a foretaste was a beautiful application! It was a pity to spoil the composition ;)

A year ago I ate sushi in Warsaw and it surprised me a bit that it was supposed to be vegan, but it wasn’t. I had to ask carefully whether to make sure what I order is vegan. Here plus for Edamame that they are 100% vegan and I won’t get "inadvertent" something with egg or non-vegan mayonnaise, I just don’t have to worry enything.

For dessert went ice cream, I admit that I did not eat so long chocolate and mango ice cream. The intensity of the flavors was great.

I also liked the interior design, especially the bonsai trees, which I wanted to take home with me. There is peace and harmony, and on hot days you can sit outside. I cannot wait to go to Edamame again :)
